I love it. It's sweet, and melts in your mouth, but at the same time it's crunchy, and leaves a freshness in your mouth. Delicious.
I’m not a huge fan of peppermint, but this has got to be the best mint to chocolate ratio I’ve had in a long time, or even of my entire life. I’m definitely ordering more. I hope they sell it year round and not just seasonal. A Must have for office gifts or stocking stuffer.
My mother received a box of the Peppermint Cookie Bark for Christmas last year from Bob, a dear family friend. Mom knows that I love all things peppermint, and she handed the box to me and said, "you must try this". Oh, my goodness!!! The white chocolate, the dark chocolate, the crushed peppermint and the crisp chocolate cookie, all together, it is truly Christmas in a box!!! My best friend also loves peppermint as much as I do, and I can't wait to surprise her with a box this year for Christmas. And of course, I'll be getting myself a box or maybe two!
