Shipping Information
Summer Shipping Policy (May - September)
To ensure your confections arrive in perfect condition during the warmer months, we follow strict summer shipping guidelines from May through September.
Temperature-Sensitive Items
Products such as Petites, Chocolates, Bars, Singles, Toffee Crumbs, and any gift packs or baskets containing these items must be shipped via one of the following methods:
- FedEx Priority Overnight AM
- FedEx Priority Overnight PM
A Warm Weather Shipper (insulated packaging with ice packs) is automatically added to qualifying shipments for a fee of $7 per shipment.
- FedEx Priority Overnight AM
- FedEx Priority Overnight PM
Traditional Almond Toffee
Our handcrafted Traditional Almond Toffee is frozen when it ships and holds up very well during summer transit. The traditional toffee thaws naturally en route and should be refrigerated or frozen upon arrival for best results.
Recommended Handling Upon Arrival:
- Refrigerate or refreeze for 2–3 hours before consuming to restore optimal consistency.
- The toffee may be thawed and refrozen multiple times without affecting its quality.

Summer Shipping Schedule & Cut-Off Times
To protect the quality of our confections during warmer months, we follow a modified shipping schedule:
Shipping Days:
- Monday through Wednesday: All standard shipping methods available.
- Thursday: Overnight shipping only (AM or PM delivery).
- Friday–Sunday: No shipping
Order Cut-Off Time:
- Orders placed by 12:00 PM Mountain Time will be processed and shipped the same day, based on the shipping day schedule above.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM MT on Thursday will ship the next available shipping day (typically Monday, unless a holiday), to ensure product quality.
General Shipping Information
Delivery is guaranteed when addresses are correct and current. Enstrom Candies, Inc. cannot be responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Shipping to physical street addresses only please, we are not able to ship to P.O. BOX addresses.
In support of our troops, we offer free shipping to APO and FPO addresses and are sent through USPS.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped via 2-day or 1-day Express service.
All international addresses as well as Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands involve additional charges. Please call our toll-free number, 800-367-8777, for shipping rates.
Please note that each recipient's address requires a phone number as well as a separate shipping charge calculated from the chart below.
FedEx Express (Standard, 2-day & Next Day) services deliver Monday - Friday.
In Colorado only standard is FedEx Ground Home (Residential) delivery window is 8am-8pm everyday of the week (Sunday only to eligible zip codes) or FedEx Ground (Commercial) delivery window is Monday-Friday.

Address Accuracy
There will be a $22.50 fee assessed for any address corrections made by our carrier in order to ensure proper delivery of the package. Enstrom Candies cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses. The $22.50 fee will be invoiced and sent to you for payment. Enstrom Candies will not issue a refund for packages refused by the recipient, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
