  • Traditional Almond Toffee Slabs are available in 4 pound, 2 pound and 1 pound boxes.
  • Bite size Almond Toffee Petites are available in 15oz. (30 pcs.), 30oz. (60 pcs.) and 60oz. (120 pcs.)
  • Sugar-Free Milk Almond Toffee is available in a 1 pound box.
  • Decorative Tins are available in 20 oz. and 2 pound size depending on design and are filled with our Traditional Milk Almond Toffee.
  • Almond Toffee Bars are available in a 24 count box; each bar is individually wrapped and weighs 1.5 ounces.
  • Almond Toffee Petites are available in a 75 piece tub; each Petite is individually wrapped and weighs .5oz.
+ Is Enstrom Almond Toffee available without nuts?
  • Enstrom now offers Butter Toffee Petites, which is nut-free; however, it is still manufactured in a facility that processes nuts.
+ Is Enstrom Almond Toffee Kosher?
  • Enstrom Almond Toffee is a certified kosher dairy product under the direct supervision of Orthodox Union Kosher/Vaad Hakashrus of Denver.
+ GMO-Genetically Modified Organism?
  • We are not able to declare our products to be GMO free and we do not have a GMO declaration. The majority of our ingredients have been tested and meet requirements for GMO free; however, we do not have a GMO Declaration from our suppliers.
+ What are toffee crumbs?
  • Tiny chunks of chocolate, bits of almonds and flakes of buttery toffee that remain after a busy day of making slabs of toffee.  These tiny morsels are great for sprinkling on ice cream or mixing into your favorite desserts.
+ What is a toffee petite?
  • A 1 x 1 inch square, about .5oz of Enstrom Almond Toffee enrobed in chocolate and sprinkled with crushed almonds.  Makes the perfect individual bite of toffee.
+ What is a toffee bar?
  • A 1.5 ounce pack containing 3 Singles of Enstrom Almond Toffee enrobed in chocolate.  These are individually wrapped and make the perfect tasty snack to hand out.
+ What is a toffee single?
  • A .75 ounce rectangle of Enstrom Almond Toffee enrobed in chocolate.  These are individually wrapped.
+ What is the Sugar-Free Enstrom Almond Toffee made with?
  • Almonds, maltitol, butter, sugar-free milk chocolate (maltitol, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, sodium caseinate - from milk, soy lecithin, acesulfame potassium, vanillin - an artificial flavor, natural and artificial flavors), brown color (propylene glycol -as a yeast and mold inhibitor, yellow 6, red 40, blue 1), salt
+ Is the Sugar-Free Enstrom Almond Toffee a low calorie product?
  • Sugar-Free Toffee is made with Maltitol which can have a laxative effect if eaten in excess amounts.  Our Sugar-Free toffee is a completely sucrose-free product for our diabetic friends.  Calories 200 per serving & 17 grams of fat.
+ How do I care for my Enstrom Almond Toffee, and how long will it last?
  • Enstrom Almond Toffee is a fresh dairy confection and must be stored in a refrigerator (up to 3 weeks) or freezer (up to 6 months). 
+ Are there any allergens in Enstrom Almond Toffee?
  • Milk, Soy and Almonds.  Products are manufactured in a facility that processes tree nuts, peanuts, eggs and wheat.
+ Is Enstrom Almond Toffee gluten free?
  • Yes our Almond Toffee and Butter Toffee are gluten free. Our Toffee is certified gluten free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization and this stamp can be found on our packaging.
+ Do you have nutritional information available?
  • Our product boxes do display the nutritional information and it is displayed on the website for most products.
  • If it is not available on the website, it is available upon request.
+ Do you have ingredients information available?
  • Our product boxes do display the ingredients information and it is displayed on the website for each product.

+ What size are the Enstrom Mini-Turtles?
  • Each is about .40 oz.
+ What size are the Enstrom Cream caramels squares?
  • Each is about .80 oz.
+ What is the assortment of Enstrom Nuts and Chews?
  • Smooth creams, fresh roasted nut clusters and delectable chews covered with luscious milk or dark chocolate.
+ What flavors are in the Enstrom Truffles?
  • Flavors include Traditional Chocolate, Old-Fashioned Rum, Vanilla Espresso, Black Forest, Orange Cream, Hazelnut Praline.
+ Is there gluten in any of Enstrom gourmet chocolate confections?
  • Yes, with the exception of our Truffles.
  • However, we are not a gluten free production plant.
+ When are Peppermint Cookie Bark and Chet's Butter Creams available?
  • These special confections are available October through December, while supplies last.

+ Where do you ship?
  • United States of America, Canada and many International locations (We are unable to ship to correctional facilities).
+ Which Shipping Carrier do you use?
  • Our exclusive shipper is FedEx.
+ Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
  • Yes using 2-day Air or 1-day Air ship methods.
+ Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
  • We are not able to ship to a PO Box.
+ Are you able to ship in the summer?
  •  Please review our shipping policies before placing your order: When shipping to warm destinations, we strongly encourage you to add a warm weather shipper (item #WWSHIP).  Cooling materials and an additional summer handling charge will be added to all orders May-September (may be earlier or later if necessary). We do this to ensure that your order arrives in the condition it left our facility. Orders placed on a Thursday or Friday will be held until the following Monday.
+ What days of the week do you ship?
  • May-September we ship Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.
  • October-April we ship Monday thru Friday.
  • Orders must be placed by 1 pm Mountain Time to ship same day according to guidelines above.
+ Does someone need to be home to receive the order?
  • No, Enstrom Candies only requires a signature on residential packages valued at $150 or more (We are unable to ship to correctional facilities).
+ What is your standard domestic shipping method and shipping rates?
  • FedEx Ground service is our standard domestic ship method, prices below are per address.
  • Home deliveries are Tuesday thru Saturday.
  • Commercial deliveries are Monday thru Friday, please include company name on the recipient shipping address information.

+ Do you ship to Business/Commercial Addresses?
  • Yes, we do ship to business commercial addresses.
  • When shipping to a business, the business name, recipient name, suite and/or floor number and business phone number must accompany the address.
  • We are unable to ship to correctional facilities.
  • When shipping to hospitals, colleges or large companies Enstrom Candies will only guarantee delivery to the shipping and receiving area of the delivery address it is then the facilities responsibility to deliver the package to the appropriate recipient, Enstrom Candies cannot control delivery times or condition once delivered to the shipping and receiving area.
+ How do I know my online gift order was received?
  • Log into your on line account and click on order history.  Locate the order and in the confirmation you will see the FedEx Tracking number assigned to your recipient.  Click on the tracking number and it will link you to the delivery status of your package on FedEx.com.
+ Can I track my order?

+ When will I be able to track my order?
  • The status of the shipment will be available 4 hours after your order ships from our warehouse.
+ Why did my products arrive warm?  Are they still alright to eat?
  • The Almond Toffee is shipped frozen and travels very well even during the summertime when the candy will thaw during transit. We recommend refreezing or refrigerating the toffee upon receipt so the candy will return to proper consistency before serving. The toffee can be thawed and refrozen any number of times without damaging the product.  After receiving your Almond Toffee we do recommend placing it in the freezer 2-3 hours prior to consuming.
+ Why do you require the ship date rather than the arrival date?
  • We are able to ship your package on a specific business day from our warehouse. However, we are unable to guarantee a specific arrival date with our standard ship method.

+ Can I ship to an International Address?
  • Yes, we require a complete full delivery address (including suite, apartment or floor #s), first and last name and/or company name, international telephone number and email address of recipient. Please note there are some countries that we are restricted from shipping our product to. Questions, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800.367.8777.
+ Do you ship to Military APO/FPO addresses?
  • Yes, Enstrom Candies supports our United States Troops, therefore shipping is complimentary to all APO/FPO addresses.
+ Address Accuracy
  • Enstrom Candies cannot accept responsibility when we have been given incorrect or incomplete address information (including missing suite, apartment numbers and/or company names).  When we are notified by our shipper FedEx and we are able to redirect the package prior to the attempted delivery process, a $22.50 charge will be applied to your account and an invoice will be sent.  Enstrom Candies cannot extend our guarantee when incorrect or incomplete addresses are given.
+ What if I provide an incorrect address?
  • Please notify Enstrom Candies as soon as possible by calling 800.367.8777 or emailing Customer Service to provide the corrected address information.  We can only provide FedEx with the corrected information prior to the attempted delivery, this is not a guarantee.  A redirection of the package will delay the delivery and we will reflect a $22.50 address correction fee on your account and you will be invoiced for payment. If your order has not shipped, the fee will not apply.    
  • Enstrom Candies cannot refund product or shipping charges when orders have been refused or incorrect/incomplete addresses were provided. 
+ Do you ship to hospitals, hotels, colleges and correctional facilities?
  • When delivering to hospitals, colleges, hotels or businesses, Enstrom Candies can only guarantee delivery to the receiving department or mailroom.  It is then up to this department to deliver the package to the correct recipient.  This may cause delays as the receiving department or mailroom does not guarantee delivery within a given period of time.  Enstrom Candies is unable to ship to any correctional facility.
+ Will my recipient know the package is arriving?
  • We do not send the recipient any notification that a delivery is going to be arriving for them.  Our shipper will make every effort to deliver to the correct recipient.
+ Ordering Information
+ How do I add items to my cart?
  • Make a selection from the Menu, choose the type of product, select the size then choose "add to Cart" it will then ask you to choose a shipping destination.
+ How do I continue shopping?
  • You can use the search function or from the menu, choose a category and repeat the above steps. You may also add products using the Add New Product selection in the cart.
+ Can I order without registering?
  • No, we require a login for all orders via the web.  We are happy to take your order via phone @ 800.367.8766.

+ What is a source code?
  • This is a unique number that is printed on catalogs, emails or other correspondence from Enstrom Candies to assist us with our marketing. 
+ I am a registered buyer, how do I shop using my address book?
  • From the Cart, select Add Multiple Recipients, or from adding product to your cart it will give you options to choose recipients from your address book.
+ Why do you require a phone number for my recipient?
  • This is a requirement from FedEx so that if they have issues with the delivery of your shipment, they can call the recipient for additional instructions.  This can be either the recipient or shipper's phone number.
+ How will the recipient know the package came from me?
  • Our complimentary Gift Message appears on the shipping label or you may add a customized card inside the box and this will let them know who to thank.
+ How do I select the complimentary gift message?
  • This is the default message and does not need to be selected. Simply type up to three lines, 30 characters per line, without selecting anything additional.
+ How do I select the enclosed customized card gift message for $1.00?
  • From the Cart, Edit the recipients Gift Message, there is a radio button to choose the Enclosure Card.  It will also give you 7 additional lines for your message.
+ How do I ship two gifts to different people at the same address?
  • Enstrom Candies recommends that you create two separate recipients because we are unable to provide multiple cards or designate the recipient for each gift.
+ Is placing an order on the Enstrom.com website secure?
  • Yes, we used industry standards in creating a secure environment. The primary way is through EV-SSL Transmissions through VeriSign and also implementing PCI-DSS policies and procedures.
+ How do I edit my account?
  • Once you have logged into Enstrom.com, select the person icon in the top right corner, then select Edit My Account.
+ Methods of payment?
  • Our current list of available pay methods are: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Gift Card, and On Account if you have been approved.
  • When you make a debit card purchase, Enstrom Candies requests authorization from your bank for the transaction. Your bank immediately places a hold on your account for that amount. When your merchandise ships, Enstrom Candies charges your account and the actual withdrawal takes place. If there is a delay in fulfilling your order or you have chosen a future ship date, we will again request authorization from your bank to verify that funds are still available. If your order is cancelled, you may contact your bank to request an immediate release of the hold placed on your account. Please note it may take your bank several business days to release a hold that they have placed on your account.
+ Do you sell gift cards?
  • Yes please call 800.367.8766 or visit a retail store to purchase.
+ How do I use my Enstrom gift card to pay for my order?
  • On payment page, select “Will you be using a giftcard?” option, enter your gift card number and Apply.  If your Gift Card does not pay for the entire order, you will need to enter an additional form of payment.
+ How do I check the balance of a gift card?
  • Once you have logged into Enstrom.com, select the person icon in the top right corner, then select Check Gift Card Balance.
+ Order Confirmations?
  • If you have provided a current and accurate email address, an order confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been submitted, usually within 1 hour of placing your order.
+ What if I dont receive an order confirmation via email?
  • Your email address may have been entered incorrectly or the email has been flagged by a SPAM filter system. You may contact our Customer Care Department to request another one be sent to you. 800.367.8777
+ Order Processing Times?
  • We require 72 hours to process your orders, although in most cases orders are processed within 24 hours.
+ Do you charge Sales Tax?
  • Depending on your shipping location and local tax laws some items will have sales tax.  If you have been charged Sales Tax and believe this was in error please contact our Customer Service Department so we may review your order. 800.367.8777
+ Ordering for Multiple Recipients Information
+ How do I ship to multiple recipients?
  • You may either shop for products then choose the recipient, following that process for each different recipient or you can use the Add Multiple Recipients option in the cart and the additional options that will appear to apply products, gift messages and shipping to a group of recipients.
+ How do I copy a previous order without retyping the information?
  • By selecting the person icon in the top right corner, you can choose the Start Gift List/Multiple Ship-to option and then Gift List / Copy Order to duplicate a previous order, please update the shipping information then submit the order.
+ How do I apply a gift message for all my recipients at one time?
  • Using the option buttons at the top of the cart, select Add Gift Message to All. You may either select a previously saved gift message or a predefined gift message, then Apply Message. You can also create a gift message to be applied to all of your recipients. Once applied, you may edit the individual messages.
+ How do I apply a ship date for all my recipients at one time?
  • Using the option buttons at the top of the cart, select Add Ship Date to All.
+ How do I apply a ship method for all my recipients at one time?
  • Using the option buttons at the top of the cart, select Add Ship Method to All.
+ How do I add product for all my recipients at one time?
  • Using the option buttons at the top of the cart, select Add Products to All.
+ How do I update the quantity?
  • In the Cart section, you can change the quantity value for each recipient and then click on the Update button below the quantity.
+ How do I save the cart?
  • In the Summary box to the right of your recipients, select Save Cart and name your cart for later use.
+ How do I clear the cart?
  • In the Summary box to the right of your recipients, select Clear Cart.
+ How do I view the existing cart?
  • At the top right corner there is a link to the cart, it has the shopping cart icon and indicates current number of products in your cart.  You can also get there by  clicking here.
+ Gift List
+ What is a gift list?
  • Your Enstrom Gift List is your past holiday list of recipients, products, and gift messages.
+ How do I retrieve and update my gift list?
  • Log into your account at www.Enstrom.com, select Start new Gift List / Multiple Ship-To Order. Then select Gift List / Copy Order, then Copy Gift List to Cart. You can then update addresses as needed and make any necessary changes to the order.
+ How can I obtain a hard copy of my gift list?
+ You mailed me a gift list now what do I do to place my order?
  • You can update the information on the gift list pages and mail to 701 Colorado Avenue, Grand Junction CO 81502.
  • You can call and submit over the phone at 800.367.8766.
  • You can use the information and submit your order online (See retrieving and updating gift list).
  • Fax the completed gift list to 970.683.1011 (when faxing your order do not mail your order. Enstrom candies cannot be responsible for duplicate orders).
+ Can I download a copy of your catalog?

+ Can I request a copy of your current catalog to be mailed?

+ How do I sign up to receive emails from Enstrom?

+ Policy Information
+ What does Enstrom guarantee?
  • Delivery is guaranteed when addresses are correct and current. Enstrom confections are unconditionally guaranteed and are certified Kosher Dairy products.   • We generally do not substitute products unless you have been notified of the change. However at peak times some substitution may be done without prior notice.

  • Yes, as long as your request is received before your order has processed and shipped.
+ When will my credit card be charged?
  • Your Credit Card will be charged the day your order ships. If it is a multiple recipient order shipping on different days, your card will be charged for the total of the orders shipped on any given day.
  • When you make a debit card purchase, Enstrom Candies requests authorization from your bank for the transaction. Your bank immediately places a hold on your account for that amount. When your merchandise ships, Enstrom Candies charges your account and the actual withdrawal takes place. If there is a delay in fulfilling your order or you have chosen a future ship date, we will again request authorization from your bank to verify that funds are still available. If your order is cancelled, you may contact your bank to request an immediate release of the hold placed on your account. Please note it may take your bank several business days to release a hold that they have placed on your account.

  • We can take your order up to 1 year in advance. With the exception of payments made via PayPal, these orders must be shipped within 6 days of the order placement.
