Expansion Facility

Grand Junction Expansion Facility New Building Same Homebase

We are expanding our operations with a brand-new facility that
will house our Shipping, Creative, Marketing, and Design
departments. We want to assure our valued patrons that our retail
store, candy kitchens, and corporate offices are not moving, they
will remain right in the heart of Downtown Grand Junction.

This expansion simply gives us more room to grow while
continuing to serve you in all the ways you’ve come to expect!

STILL HAVE
QUESTIONS?

+ Will the downtown store and operations continue?
  • Yes! Our downtown store and manufacturing operations at Seventh
Street and Colorado Avenue will continue as usual. The new facility
is designed to support warehouse, distribution, and creative,
    marketing and design functions.
+ Why is Enstrom Candies expanding?
  • We’re growing to better serve our customers, partners, and
community. The new 50,000-square-foot building will house our
warehouse, distribution center, and office space, allowing us to
improve efficiency, operations, and visitor experience.
+ Is the new facility open to the public?
  • No, the new facility is not open for public tours.
+ Where is the new facility located?
  • The new building is at the intersection of 28 Road and Grand
Avenue in Grand Junction, Colorado, just five minutes from our
    downtown facility.
+ When did construction begin, and when will it be finished?
  • Groundbreaking occurred on December 6, 2024. We’re targeting
completion by end of summer. We’ll share updates and milestones
on this page as the project progresses.
+ How was the site chosen?
  • The 38-acre parcel was selected for its potential for dual
operations and future growth. Although we considered purchasing
earlier, we waited for construction costs to stabilize after the
    COVID-19 pandemic.
+ Who is involved in the expansion?
  • The project is managed by PNCI Construction. Enstrom ownership
Doug and Jamee Simons, along with their sons Jim and Doug Jr.
are actively involved in the design and development.
+ Will the expansion allow for future growth?
  • Absolutely! The building is designed to nearly double in size in the
future as our needs grow, helping us continue Enstrom Candies’
tradition of excellence in Grand Junction.
+ Can the media visit or get information about the expansion?
  • Yes! Media inquiries can be directed to our Marketing Director,
    Baily Manuppella, at baily@enstrom.com.
+ How can I stay updated on progress?
  • This page will serve as the central hub for all updates.
